Make sure you check out the diet that Wombat put together for ya on the diet discussion board. I agree with Wombat that if you can stick strictly to that diet and do your morning cardio for 8 weeks, you WILL lose lots of fat. After that you can adjust the diet so it's got little rewards and treats to keep you sane. Good luck. ![]() | ||
