Are these things accurate? I also found out that the scale that I was using wasn't working. I am actually 186lbs. As far as fat% I dont know anymore, that reading was taken when I was a legite 212 lbs in March of 00". I should put up a pic of myself, maybe that will help you ladies to help me. They are ok as far as accuracy is concerned. If you eat or drink anything in the last 2-3 hours prior to use your reading will be scued. If you are going through your menstrual cycle your results will also be scued. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I wouldn't bother with electronic scales. Get someone competent to measure your skinfolds over time, along with your weight occassionally. That, and how you look in the mirror and FEEL are the most important measurements. There's too many factors that can throw electronic scales off. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
