anyone here use the vivonic software? If you invest some time and effort it keeps track of calories consumed, calories burned, how much of what you eat is carb, protein, fat, SUGAR. I am trying to cut some fat and retain muscle, just wondering if anyone here has used this program and what kind of results you had with it.     | ||
