Thanks for the replies. I am 5'3.5" and overweight at 153. I don't mind what the scales say as much as my "hippy" appearance. I love the look of my arms and back, hence "Back Up". I've managed to slim down my calves, but still looking for smaller. Then there's my hip, thighs and ass. I know they are shrinking, but doesn't seem fast enuff. Oh, I forgot to add that I hope your cycle isn't going to be T3 alone because it will reduce weight(both muscle and fat). If you aren't ready for AS(anabolic steroids)to combine w/ T3 yet, then ECA or clen might be a better choice for you since they are more muscle sparing and less risky. What is your weight lifting routine like? How many times a week? Are you doing cardio? I would try using another type of fat burner possibly to start, unless you have already. Diet is the key as well. Making a few changes in your diet and how you workout can do wonders for your body!!!! What is your diet like now? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
