Hey everybody, My man has been posting here for a long time, and has finally told me that I need to do this myself! MEN! lol Anyway, I am 5'10" 155lbs, probably in the 18-20%range. Carry all my fat in my butt and thighs. Bigdog and I are bulking right now, planning on getting as cut up as we can starting in March...gives me three months before bikini season...YES! I have been training for 3 years very actively, have done two cycles. My first was a primo tab cycle...second was 50mgs test later added 25mgs Deca to that. I've gained 20lbs in just over a year from those cycles...was very happy with the results except for my lower voice from the last one. I was considering a Sust/anavar/clen/T-3 combo for the next run. I am scared of 1/2cc per week of sust. I know that Anavar alone a girl would take 10mgs a day. BUT should I lower the dosage slightly to adjust for the sust? Goals for this cycle are purly cutting, but I want to preserve ALL my mass, and hopefully even gain some. Yes I know that's the impossible dream lol Please give me an alternative dose for the Sust, a dosage scheme for the Anavar. Planned for a 12 week cutting/bulk cycle. Anyway...help me out if you can. Very good to see ya on the board. So, lets lay down the basics. 1. Have both experience in cycles and lifting With this in mind lets take a look at the clen e/c/a.... Start with the e/c/a and run for two weeks, then hit the clen for two weeks. Flip Flop back and forth during the entire cycle finishing with the clen. I like finishing with clen for it's anit cat props. T3 - now if you wish to only go six weeks, then wait until week five to start. This will put the T3 cycle in the later half and will also leave one week T3 free while still on gear. If your willing to go eight, then same process. We can go over dosing a bit later if you need to. But remember, you may not need (or may not be able) to use as much when you stack all three metabolizers.... Anavar. If you have the 2.5mg tabs I got to think 7.5mg/day would be the best for your size. Your not the smallest lady around Sust, remember, we are not trying to build mass here, so there is no reason to take any more than necessary. With the sust being a slow starter, it's another reason I like to push the T3 back to the later half of the overall cycle. We insure the gear is well in place before kicking in the T3. I'll stop there for now as I'm sure your going to have some addional question. Thanks again lobo, hubby said you were the best around ![]() I think I'd probably go with 5mgs of Anavar a day just because I get the 10mg pills and they are quite expensive. I'll just split them in half. About the clen and ECA...that was our plan exaclty. The T-3 will be an 8 week cycle ramping up from 25mcg to 100mcg and back down very slowly. The sust still has me a little scared. I got quite a bit deeper voice from the deca...don't want it down any more. The above was a typo...I added 75mgs deca later on...not 25mgs. I guess that would explain the virilization. There are some "good" aspects of this though! Another thing I am looking forward to is the increased "drive" that tnheygirl got! Haven't had anything like that from the Enath or the Deca. Maybe its the prop in the Sust? As far as weekly updates go...no problem...starting on March 1 and going until I reach my goals. Would like to be around 10% or so. Shouldn't be too had with my arsenal lol My ideal look would be that of a Shonna Macarver, Lena Johansen, or even a slightly scaled down Diedre Pagnanelli. All of them are tall women. About this debate over Cardio and Resistance Training. I plan on working out 3-4 days per week. I was planning on doing my normal routine(yes I change it every 6 weeks) and then just adding the cardio at the end of my workout. Was thinking 45min of stairstepper, the bike, and the treadmill. 15minutes or so on each. Can't last that long on the Stairstepper though lol Protien will be kept high, moderate carbs, low fat. Well, bad news lobo. I just got a hold of my "supplier" and he's all out of Anavar. Could I supplement this with 4mgs/day oral Winstrol instead of the Anavar? Or could I use say 50mgs Primo per week instead of the Anavar or Winny tabs?????
