What do you do for your abs? I'd like to hear any routines, advice or anything pertaining to abs...... I don't remember the last time I trained my abs, yet, I whine (hard to believe) about them. I understand you need to diet to get rid of the fat there in order to see any ab muscle you may have.......anyhow, I'm looking forward to hearing from anyone here ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Lisa- what else were you looking for that wasn't in the thread? For frequency, I do abs twice a week, 3 sets of either hanging leg raises or 3 sets of weighted crunches. Usually follow up this with a set or 2 of regular crunches. The rest is diet to see them. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
