Hey, I want to play with BMom's and FC's chest.... er, I mean workout on their chests.... no, no, humm.... work with their chests... DAMN, I can't even think straight thinking about chest workouts. Warmup on bench---bar 2 sets of 12
flat bench dmblls then will go to incline hammerstrength, starting out with a plate on each side for 12, the to a plate & a 25 for 8-10, then to 2 plates for as many as I can push... ![]() | ||

FC, You are STRONG! I worked out chest today with Bev. My triceps are fried after this workout. Here's a sample workout plan. We vary it week to week. (nowhere nearly as strong as you): Warmup with bar 2 sets of 12 Incline Press Machine(she said I need to fill out my upper chest) 50lbs @ 12 Dumbbell flyes 25lbs(50) @ 12 Decline flyes Pushups until failure(incline & decline). These also improve my 1 arm pushups. I'm a tall chick with long arms. Benching my bodyweight is a personal goal. I hope to increase it during my off-season. My strength went down when I was dieting. It was a struggle to go back to benching heavy today. ![]() | ||
