fellas... Starting my 1st cycle on Monday (sust only) Just wondering how you guys break up training on gear I was thinking of going 2 on 1 off or Mon-Fri with the weekend off. What do you guys think. Also if you would give me an idea of how you break up body parts that would be great. I was thinking if i went Mon-Fri i would split like this: MON: CHEST TUES:BACK WED: LEGS THUR:ARMS FRI: SHOULDERS SAT/SUN:OFF (ABS EVERY TRAINING DAY) What do guys think?? that looks good but i wouldnt do shoulders the next day after arms this would be a better spilt mon chest tue back wed arms thur legs fri shoulders
