![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I am conditioning for my first year of varsity football next year (i will be a soph) and i am trying to gain as much mass as i can before season. I have done pretty well at that i have gained 25 lbs in 5 months, i was wondering though i want to get my endurence up for football but will running make me lose some of the mass that i have gained? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I agree that running will cause you to lose some mass so you will need to increase calories to maintain your size if you chose to run. However, running will help get your endurance up for football. If you choose running, start out slow and increase the intensity and duration over a couple of weeks. Just becareful not to go overboard with it since you are lifting as well as playing football. IP: Logged |
