What number of reps is required while doing arm curls to really get your biceps pumped full of blood? ![]()

PUMP is not neccessary. But it all depends on intensity. Do a set with 5 reps to total failure, youll get pumped. Do 50 reps with no weight you wont get no pump. ------------------ ![]()

A rep range of anything between 3 and 12 will be of great benefit. As long as you keep it strict and squeeze the muscle at peak contraction you will get a good pump. People do pump sets on the last set of an exercise with a lighter weight and shoot for higher reps to burn out the muscle and get the blood pumping. ------------------ ![]()
