my routine looks like this tues - pull thur - push fri - legs do you think it's alright to do the legs on friday? because of other obligations, i can't get to the gym on monday and wednesday. it's hard for me to get to the gym on saturday, so i put them on friday. ![]() | ||

Looks fine to me. As long as you hit all the bodyparts no longer than every week you should do fine. ![]() |
