All I know is there's not a lot changed in the new methods. They have all been done b4 and basics will always work best. ![]() | ||

They do not really set many routines up for you. Being a dinosaur means training heavy and incorporating the following into your routine: Squats He also says that you do not have to do all of these to be a dinosaur...you just have to train very hard on the big 3. B True ![]() | ||

I would think they would not care about the bench press as much since you are on your back and it did not become popularv until relatively recently. ![]() | ||

The author of dinosaur training talks about doing flat bench from the bottom position with a 3" bar a lot. Different than strongman events which are based a lot on deadlifts and overhead presses. B True ![]() | ||
