hey guys, Question- how's this sound for my chest day? 1 day a week(monday). decline bench press-3 sets of 8 flat bench press-3 sets of 8 flat flys-3 sets of 10 incline bench press-3 sets of 8 incline flys-3 sets of 10 as always,any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!thanks-redskinfan ![]() | ||

incline DB press flat barbell bench flat flyes *1 set cable cross-overs declines are worthless, do dips instead. ![]() | ||

I would get rid of the declines because I also agree that these aren't effective unless done on a very small decline. In my opinion 12-15 sets though is probably ok if your only working the chest out once a week. Make the inclines and flat bench your base and add a diffent movement to the workout each time for variety. ![]() | ||

Valdez hit the nail on the head...and Sniperwolf has the right idea in keeping incline and flat bench your base and then adding variety to compliment these exercises. ![]() |
