WHATS UP BRAS! HOPE EVERYONE HAD A GOOD WEEKEND! DID LEGS ON FRIDAY. THEY ARE BEYOND SORE. HERES WHAT I DIS. SQUATS 6 SETS HACK SQUATS COULDNT DO LEG EXTENSIONS STARTED CRAMPING. ANYBODY DO LUNGES ANYMORE? OR SHOULD I STICK WITH SQUATS FOR MASS? ![]() | ||

That's awesome. I love when my leag are so sore I can barely walk. I still do lunges and I think they work well. I'll use them instead of leg curls sometimes. ![]() | ||

stick to squats and do em deep. I see too many guys doing quarter squats just to stroke the ego. and dont forget those hams. I mix it up by starting hams on some leg days. after squatting properly, its hard to do much of anything... ------------------ ![]() |
