Are both forms of creatine just as effective as the other? Or does one form work better?

Flex sais it's the same shit different pile type thing, but since I've never tried the pills, I don't know. ps powder is so cheap, why use any other bullshit?

All the people in the flex mag's are on juice and have no clue if creatine does work anyway, except tests.

I HAVE TRIED THEM BOTH AND I LIKE THE POWDER ALOT BETTER. THEY KEEP TRYING TO MAKE CREATINE BETTER WITH THE SERUM AND PILLS BUT FROM MY EXPIRIENCE I THINK POWDER WORKS THE BEST. GOOD LUCK

I tried creatine in pill form and got no results what so ever. The powder works a lot better by far.
