i am 6'3 210 and going into my senior football season......i usually take phosphagen and all sorts of proteins to maintain and gain my weight.....i was just wondering if i am wasting my time with phosphagen.....whats the dam deal..... IP: Logged |

i like the phosphagen hp...that's about all i use when it comes to creatine. u can find it cheap on the net and it tastes good and i always see results with it. others are prolly just as good, but i have always stuck with this one. IP: Logged |
