I've used it and it has become my favorite MRP, i've compared it to many of the others and found it to be better for a couple reasons. It say's it contains mostly whey isolate, it also contains creatine, and some other good supplements. Also, the taste is pretty good, try buying a single packet and if you like it, i suggest pickin it up, I get mine for about $38, so look around IP: Logged |
