Currently taking 200mg of 4-androdiol and 100mg of 19-Norandrodiol. I feel the effects but not sure if I'm taking too much and wasting wasting it, or If I can take more to get a better effect. I was taking 400mg of regular andro before switching to this stack about 2 months ago. Any help???
