What is Cytodyne, I ordered one thing and recieved this instead. I see it sells for like $49. Since what I ordered was only $23 I am thinking of keeping it. If it is worth it?? Let me know your thoughts.

I've always had good results with all of Cytodyne's products, Cytodyne included.

Cytodyne's main ingredient is Acetyl L-Carnitine. Basically, what the product did for me was increase size/strength and cut me up a little bit. It also greatly reduced my post workout muscle soreness.

Other than creatine, glutamine, protein, and multivitamins, Cytodyne (acetyl l-carnitine) is one of the few legal supplements that really do work.

If you got yours that cheap, you got a really good deal.
