![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'm 5'5", currently around 160 lbs and on a pre-competition diet that looks something like this: Meal 1 Meal 2 Meal 3 Meal 4 Meal 5 Fat grams depend on the grains and protein eaten, but are very low. Some women do well with a bit more fat in their diet form sources such as flaxseed or EPO. This works out to around 1600-1700 cals 200 grams protein I have one high carb cheat meal each week. I weight train 4 days per week, and will gradually add cardio in as my body begins to adapt to the diet. Hope this is helpful. IP: Logged |
