I need to loose 15 lbs. The reason is when I am over weight my training suffers. I have more energy when I am at my desired weight. I get a little weaker at first but then my Strength comes back. ANY SUGGESTIONS? IP: Logged |

to start with, try light cardio "walking" after weight training. Increase lean protein consumption. decrease high glycemic carbs and sugar IP: Logged |
