are you using the pill form or injectable? i used the injectable and ate a high protein and low carb diet and it worked great breakfast 2 cups of crispex cereal with milk and a protein shake with milk(60 grams of carbs and 65 grams of protein) meal 2 6 egg whites (25-30 grams of protein) lunch 3 chicken breasts a baked potatoe and a salad meal 4 protein shake and steamed vegetables or fresh vegetables ..carrots celery dinner SAME AS LUNCH or lean beef or fish meal 6 protein shake I LOST 14 POUNDS OF FAT AND CAME BACK WITH 10 OF MUSCLE IN 7 WEEKS...
