ok i know cardio and diet. I'm doing cardio and weights 5 days a week, and dieting down. Is there any supplement out there that's effective without ephedrine in it? | ||

Norephedrine is a safer alternative. MD6� is a good pruduct that contians Norephedrine. Also Thyrolean� is a good thyroid supporting supplement. ------------------ | ||

Agree with bulldog about the Md6. Probably the only biotest product that works (at least for me it did). It kills your appetite, and no jitters. I went through a couple jars when on a CKD, seemed to help, but I had no appetite, it was almost scary. And of course, make sure everything else is in order first (diet, exercise). |
