Hey Austin, A Kanata boy eh! I live in Kanata, but work in the East End so I work out at New Body Dimensions on St.Laurent. I was working out at the Corel Centre for a while, but with kids lunch is the best time for me. Will you be at the "Y" on Sunday? IP: Logged |

My stats suck right now... I am presently 22yrs old. 5'6" 175lbs @ 8% bodyfat. I was 166 @ 5% on may 6 (mr.ottawa comp) I was 200 @ 16% before starting to diet for the show. I had 17 1/2" arms. I have never juiced big yet only 3 light cycle (10cc split on 6 weeks). About to start a cycle in 2 weeks and willing to use a shit load of juice now IP: Logged |
