![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() WE all have our strongpoints as far as certain lifts are concerned and we all have bodyparts that are more impressive than others. What are some of your strongest lifts and bodyparts that stick out more than others, not that the other bodyparts are weak but which are more dominant. For example some of strongs lifts are: Squats: 315 x 30 reps Leg Presses: 1300 x 7 reps Upright Rows: 185 x 8 reps Anything Dealing with Triceps Outstanding Bodyparts: Legs 32 inches on a 27 inch waist, 41 inch vertical, 4.3 40 yd dash. Arms- 20 inches cold at a consistent 6-7 % bodyfat. Everything else is respectable as well but these are my bodyparts that stand out the most. IP: Logged |

It took me a while to get my bench up there (being a basketball player) but now I'm in the respectable low 400's. I'm 24, 255 lbs, around 9-10% bf.... I got kicked out of my first college 1 week before my first game because of a particular incident. Also I played overseas for a few months, hated it and came back, money was good though, these days I just dont have any ambition for athletics, if you concentrate on one thing the other shit your trying to do decreases, an example is I am not going to concentrate on making a pro team because its going to fuck with my bodybuilding, I have tried it, just doesnt work, also my career is going well. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() All I can say is...FUCK ALL YOU GUYS.. After my rotator cuff fuck up..Ive just got my bench back up a little over 300lbs....so lick me..all you 400lb fuckers..heh..heh..heh... As for my squat...just set my personal best of 465lbs at 7 reps...maybe not impressive to many but Im dialing in at the moment at 208lbs. 10.8% bodyfat..at 5'8" tall.

I don't think i have ever heard of anyone at that weight moving that fast, Havoc bro you need to play pro ball with numbers like that, forget college...there is no one in the NFL who can match those numbers. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() how in THE fuck did you get 245lbs around your waist...thats what i want to know. hehe. ive done it with 2 45's around my waist but damn. most impressive lift is probably skull crushers with 135 for reps. im just a little guy at 185 5 9, but my tris rock. cross striated even under fat. hehe. calves are pretty damn strong too. never seem to find enough weight for em. just do reps now. many reps. ouch. alright enough of my halfhearted bragging. since im a bitch on the bench and reworking my squat to get in the hole, only using 275 in the hole, used to do 405 the "old" way. hehe.
