![]() ![]() ![]() Yes! Juice can sometimes give you a false sense of security when you train because your workouts can be less painful. When you are lifting heavier weights than normal, you have an increased risk of hurting joints, tendons, and pulling muscles. I would'nt train any bodypart more than twice per week, except maybe calves and abs. I only hit each bodypart once and abs 2-3 times. IP: Logged |
