Does anyone here know how to use trisoralen and how much?
If i am much in the sun, can that lead to overexposure?
I just want i nice tan without spending all my money on tanningbeds!!!!

My ansestors came from Norway so I have the fair skin and blue eyes. I used it and got a nice tan. It is hard for me to tan most of the time.

I am a Norwegian girl so my skin is fair ad my eyes are blue too!!!!
But i tan ok...i just dont want to use that much money on tanning beds...its nice if the tanning goes quicker!!!!

if you buy a quanitly of 30, is that good for 30 tanning days or just 30 days . do you need to take it even if you dont go in the sun

Nope,never used the stuff just tanning oil.
