I'm 6'1" and 205 7%bf in this pic. I've had a lot (3) knee surgeries so my legs are a little behind, I'm pounding the shit out of them now. | ||

I just want to remind you that you posted eariler that you are buying illegal substances from a Doc (from CO, I suppose). Now you show a pic of your face. You might want to cover your face or delete the other post. It shouldn't be too hard for a fed to find you if they really wanted to. BTW- You are looking good in the upper chest/trap/delt region. I don't know if it the pose but lats may need some work and arms (especially forearms) need some thickness. You are still looking good though. | ||
