Im 6'2 and 190lbs 12%bf.im on my 3rd week of sus at 500mgs a week.can i start taking sus and fina for the next 6 weeks or should i stay on sus at 500mgs a week for 6wks and start fina for next 6wks?my goals are to get huge and ripped.     | ||

i would stay on the sust alone and then hit the fina but stack it with winny. ------------------ | ||

Yep Yep build with sust then cut it with a Fina and Winny stack. I use Clen with then stack as well. | ||

is your goal with the fina to keep your gains, keep your gains and get ripped, or just rip. i use fina to keep my gains and run it after the 5th week. to rip, i'd go a couple of weeks later and stack it with winny. |
