I take around 1600mg's-2400mg's a day..but I use the liquid stuff which is strong..800mg's per tablespoon..I use that 2-3 times a day | ||

damn i take 160 mgs a day! where do you all get this stuff? especially the liquid stuff? it costs me 8 bucks for 30 160 mg tabs at gnc | ||

I get the liquid at my local health store..it's made by some german company..it's expensive..$26 for 300ml | ||
