I am planning on starting a sust/deca cycle. 500mgs Sust and 400mgs deca for 8 weeks. How should I use armidex during this cylce. Should the armidex be used. I just do not want to end up with gyno. Thanks.     | ||

If you can get and use Arimidex, do it. You should use it anytime you are taking test from day one. ------------------ | ||

1/2 tab EOD should be plenty. It is expensive so go with the least amount possible that is still effective. | ||

AM why do you say 1/2 EOD is the least amount effective? Wouldn't you suggest that he uses 1/2 EOD and then if he sees water to increase it? ------------------ | ||

I think that 1/2 tab EOD is a good place to start. If he notices water, then yes increase. If he notices no estrogenic sides, then he may want to decrease. This is what I have done on my current cycle. I started out with 1/4 tab EOD, started to notice some bloat, upped it to 1/2 tab EOD, and now that I'm done with the dbol I'm down to 1/2 tab E3D. | ||

AM: what do you consider an effective arimidex dose between cycles?? I used 1/4 EOD to reduce water retention and keep estrogen low and test up- but it KILLED my libido (est got too low I guess) could I use 1/2 tab E3D or E4D and avoid the loss of sex drive when completely off?? ( I tend to respond easily to estrogen increases and like to reduce it as much as possible even when off) | ||

Personally I would ask if you are prone to gyno. . .if your not you may want to save your arimidex for a heavier cycle. I have never needed any antiestrogens on a cycle with the AS you are using, I would agree however that 1/2 eod should be fine. I would load the first week with 1/2 ed if you know you are prone to gyno. . . ------------------ | ||
