anybody tore there shoulder up here? I tore mine about 6 mnths ago. Number of things happened....my "AC" joint is screwed up...and i have tore the upper bicep tendon that attaches to the shoulder...+ i think i my have torn something else in my shoulder blade around my lat..the pain goes from there to up around in front my shoulder. I have been to the doc many times w/injections of cortozone. Helped...but only for about 3-4 weeks at a time. So now its time for surgery wedensday. Anybody had any experience w/a shoulder injury or shoulder surgery? How long will it be after surgery that i will be able to get in the gym again? Been off ever since a tore this up...lost lots of weight & size and im ready to get at it again.    | ||

Almost had pec tendon surgery about a month ago, turned out to be a pec muscle tear at the tendon junction. . .in the end the MRI saved me the knife but not the hassle of rehab. I wish you luck with your surgery, it will be a slow and gradual road back but you'll certainly make it. Good Luck and keep the faith. Kodiak ------------------  | ||

What a bummer dude, hang in there and take it easy. Those shoulder injurys take a while, I tore my right shoulder up and didn't wait long enough and tore it again. Patience is a drag. Bob |
