My job require a lot of moving on my feet,so cycle or no cycle I love to sit down,or better-lay down,hehe...forget cardio! ![]() | ||

20minutes on the stairs Monday, Weds, Fri, 45 Minutes on the Stairs Tues, Thurs Doesn't matter to me if I am bulking or not, you lose your cardio conditioning you just can't train as well. ------------------ ![]() | ||

Amen Kodiak. I'm with you. I do 30 minutes 3xs/wk. Bike one day, stairs another, and treadmill the third. A lot of people worry that their gains will be hampered by cardio, but I don't think this is really true. I still gained about 20 solid .lbs on my last cycle. ------------------ ![]() |
