My question is how do you use this stuff? I recieved mine in 1 1/2 weeks with no problems. But, I broke off a square and tried to let it disolve in my mouth and I got a "chaulky" taste, and paper left in my mouth. These squares are backed with paper - both sides. How do you take these? Any body use these before? I understand they are like acid, but I've never used acid either.... Please help.    | ||

i ve got some ordered ,i was told to eat them ,let it dissolve under the tongue,or wrap it in a gel cap and swallow hope this helps | ||

JUST LET IT DISSOLVE UNDER YOUR TONGUE FOR 20 MINUTES OR SO, AND THEN SWALLOW IT. IT GO'S DOWN FINE, NO PROBLEM.  | ||

But when I let the square dissolve - I have a piece of paper left in my mouth.... Is this really paper, or should I just swallow it? Seems like a lot of raw paper going through my system if I take 3-4 a day....???? | ||

shit dude you gotta be crazy swallowing all that paper, you'll end up with 'blokbowlitis' which is a serious blockage in the intestines caused by all the build up of paper, this was a very common condition in the 70's with a ll the acid heads who used to take 4-5 trips a day, it can happen in a little over 2 weeks of usage, so be real careful bro, if you start having trouble eating or your shit aint coming out right GO STRAIGHT TO MEDICAL HELP. I hope you do it right man. | ||

Either swallow the square with a glass of water or let it dissolve under your tongue for 10 minutes then swallow with a glass of water�..or put them in a gel cap and swallow them. The paper used in Paper Anabolics is completely safe to swallow in the amounts we are talking about and the edible substances used are all FDA compliant. I can�t reveal the paper type and formula here for obvious reasons but laboratory testing will show that there is nothing to be concerned about ;-) Nex ------------------ | ||

IVE USED IT, AND I LIKED IT BETTER THEN THE RUSSIAN TABS. I GAINED 10lbs IN THE FIRST WEEK, AND STRENGTH WAS AWSOME, AS FAR AS SWALLOWING THEM, I JUST TOOK THEM FOR 6 WEEKS, AT 6(5MG) SQUARES A DAY, NO PROBLEMS. | ||

Simply hold in your mouth for 2 minutes. The active ingredient is between the 2 pieces of paper. Eventually you will be able to slide the 2 bits of paper apart with your tongue to get the stuff. Then spit the paper out, or swallow if you want. | ||

I have a question,how does it look,just plain white paper with nothing on it? The reason,I'm asking,because I ordered some paperstrol and thinking how to explain to my girlfriend what is it,and why somebody send me paper from THAT country.If I know how it looks it's easier for me to prepare answer,then to improvise if she ask(she doesn't know that I'm using gear) | ||

Pan... it looks like a sheet of thick paper (kind of like a real thin sheet of sheetrock)~ 8" x 10". In the mail it looks like nothing more than a large postcard or paper document. I would think it would be very very difficult for customs to identify this substance. It is marked off into squares on one side (10mg/square[500 squares] which you cut off one at a time) - the other side has a imprint like a large Washington head (similar to a dollar but much larger)- must have something to do with the manufacturing process. When you separate the two sides there is definelty some powder between the sheets. My main concern is digesting all this "paper" on the two sides - is it safe????? BROS????? | ||
