Does anyone have any information on the proper way to administer, correct dosage, or the exact time to start and stop thiomucase before a contest?    | ||

two forms that work well the gel (messy) or injections (good for spot reduction of water). i use it the last month before tanning and before bed. pulls water out very well. prefer the injection route (insulin needle) into the problem area. you get two amps 1 liquid 1 powder mix and inject. for sure the gel before tanning works great.  | ||

If you use the injections do you inject the whole mixture at once? Also, how often do you inject, and when should you start and stop? | ||

i injected the solution all at once. I used as needed the last 30 days though some folks use it longer than that. if its for a show use it as the water warrants. hope this helps |
