What's your opinion on saw palmetto berry use, for DHT conversion and prostate problems?    | ||

For protection of the prostate, Saw Palmetto maybe effective. From the studies I have read, it does not seem to be working through 5-AR inhibition, but inhibition of the androgen receptor. So SP may actually be anti-androgenic. | ||

depends on the person,,but has promise....converts to estrogens by the way  |
