I read in Flex or some other mag that his training split is: Shoulders/Tri This is from memory, so it may be wrong. ![]()

His physique should be a testament to what working very hard and very briefly with alot of rest will do for you. Many pros lie about their real routines, but I honestly believe Dorian when he says he only worked out 4 days per week. TG ![]()

Ive been folowing the routine since last year when I read it in Flex. I let my brother borrow the mag but from what I remeber. Day one- Military press dumbell or barbell 3 sets Day two weighted pull ups 3 sets Day three OFF Day four Incline barbell bench three sets Day five leg extensios three sets Day six OFF repeat. All sets are working sets. Warmups are accounted for. Each set it to failure. And rep range is 6-12. If you do more than 12 reps you lifted to light and if less that 6 too heavy. Eat-sleep-train and repeat for growth. ![]() |
