You definatly will not dehydrate yourself. Not even a a half gallon a day. The way it goes is, More the better. Increased water consumption = Decrease in Water retention. ------------------ ![]() | ||

Water is key to perfomance,digestion of high protein meals and muscle repair. The motto you can never have enough holds true. I do 3 gallons per day sometime more when I'm on. IG ![]() | ||
