Not so fast timac, It is more of an opinion not a fact that taking them throughout the day works better. . .I am lazy, and don't like carrying AS to work with me so I just take them 1-2 hours before the gym all in one sitting. Gives you a great pump even if its physcological. It helps. ------------------ |
