Clenbuterol is a very good and cost efective way to keep cortisol levels down. You will need to take an extra amount and stay on it for a continuos amoutn of time 4-6 weeks with no "off" days, but from personal experience I can tell you that Clenbuterol and little nolvadex go a long way post cycle, or duing an "off" period.. tank ![]() | ||

phosphatidylserine, is what i have read about, didnt know if any one hase used it. Also EF sells one but dont know about that one either. ![]() | ||

I attended a Charles Poliquin seminar and he suggested that 800mg of Ps takes before a workout will help reduce cortisol levels. I believe L-Glutamine also helps to stop muscle wasting as well. ![]() |
