I need some advice on useing pgf2 Dynoprost Trometanina , I am looking to help with calf development, and would like some advice on what the best way to take this is. thanks.

Don't do it. You will not be able to walk.
But is you must then take one shot in each calve about one hour before bedtime while you watch TV.
