it is, start it half way through the cycle it helps keep gains and reduces water retention ------------------  | ||

your body adjust to steriods so I always throw new things in. not knowing what all your taken I will say that winny is hard on the liver (alk 17) when used to long so if you have other alk 17 (d bol, anadrol etc) than keep at 8-10 weeks. | ||

I agree with flexed, but I would save the winny for more of a cutting cycle I wouldn't waste it on a bulking one. . . ------------------ |
