50-100mg/day orally or 50-100mg EOD if you shoot it, up your fina by a half cc ------------------ | ||

Like Roidranger said. 50mg/day is good. I wouldn't take winny any longer than 8 weeks. I think 6 weeks is about average. Make sure you take your liver helpers. Milk thistle 1000mg/day | ||
