Wel i saw the Tonight Show and i was thinking who would be bigger Yates or Ronnie. tkaw Yates that his best shape same with Ronnie who do you think would win.Plus 24in bis for Ronnie that is Pump in Pose.right? if it is it didnt look like the other Pump in Pose users.Yes he might have done Pump in Pose but he is still the MAN.what do you guys think? oh wait he said .33 bodyfat.damn i was thinking under 5% is what they have but.33% wow!how do you get that low.you guys been that low ever? No flame intended Ultra...but I commented last night that Ronnie made himself look like a blundering fool with that statement...it is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE for someone to be .33% bf and be alive....the most elite of distance runners get to about 2% and that is even extremely rare and risky....Peace... | ||

Timac, in a relatively small space, there is no way I'd spit in his face. But out in the open, hell, give em a swift kick to the nuts to top it off, what's he going to do? I'm sorry, but as a cop he's a joke, plain and simple. At one point though I bet he was one kick ass cop, when he was around 240-250 of solid muscle and could actually sprint for longer than 10 yards. And to be quite honest, I've seen alot of guys the day after they got their asses beat the night before (myself included), and on Leno, Ronnie looked like somebody Stone Cold Stunned him around a bar for fun. | ||

Man one of the new magazines out has coleman on the front, and inside a grip of pics of the olympia, now if anyone has seen the pics you can clearly see why he won, he is bigger and harder then any other guys on stage, and his shape, there is a pic of a relaxed position, and he is phenomenal, I think he is up on dorian right now. | ||

Who are you to tell him his career as a cop is a joke? Have you been monitoring him? Have you talked with his supervisors? How do you know he is a patrolman, what if he has a different job? What if he works in the police station? Can you answer any of these? I think not. What if I came out and said you are a joke, and what you do for a living, you suck at it. So how can you tell him he sucks as a cop? | ||

lol Timac, any cop who can't run at least 1 mile without rest shouldnt be a cop, let alone a cop who can barely walk without getting a "side stich" and heart attack LOL. I distinctly recall an interview with him where he pumped himself as a patrolman. Saying he really knew how to "move people around". He might make a good prison guard, the guys that escort dangerous cons around the prison. But as a patrolman, no way. But don't get me wrong here, I'm giving him his props as the best damn BB on the planet. But he is a symbol of what is wrong with the sport today. It's not just him, all these guys are getting too damn big, they're not aestetically pleasing nor are they, beleive or not, as strong as they look. There's something wrong when a guy half Ronnies size can outlift him. Ronnie looks like he should bench 800pnds and squat humvee. But there is a point in a mans physique where his muscles get too large and compromise structural stability and just plain leverage. The human muscle is like a simple machine, aka a lever, unbalance that machine and you lose force output. He's obviously still one damn strong son of a bitch, stronger than probably anyone here, but he has lost some of that top end strength for the sake of more mass. | ||

What the fuck is with all this shit, You think a big guy can't run. ????? Man I sense Jealousy. Weight Training increases your Heart Strenght as well. He might start huffing and Puffung after doing a workout and then running for 10 mins. You guys forget that they Do CARDIO as well. timac, i know he is a patrol cop because on leno he told a story about a guy he pulled over on a traffic stop dropping to the ground and saying dont hit me. How many times has that happened pulling people over INSIDE the police station? He prolly is a good cop on intimidation factor but realistically drew carry could prolly outrun him. E | ||

Its obvious Ronnie doesn't have to run in his job as he is a Police roadblock. I'd say he looks a little better than Yates, but Yates is a better ambassador for the sport. | ||

Coleman and Yates are both amazing in their best condition. I think that if Yates could train injury free for a good 8 months leading up to the contest, he could take back his title. I wonder if you all can really remember how incredible Dorian was when he hasn't competed in over 3 years. | ||

man you guys on here amaze me, there is no way in hell yates could take the title back right now, you guys need to face it, ronnie is the best, and how is dorian a better ambassador, man coleman is way more profitable, and coleman is a good role model for minorities and blacks wanting to get interested in Bodybuilding. I'm with CN1 on this one. Dorian Yates in his best condition couldn't beat Ronnie Coleman. The IFBB & NPC judges agree with this statement. I've heard it out of their mouths. NOBODY I mean NOBODY will be beating Ronnie Coleman anytime soon. Ronnie got ALL first place votes(symmetry, muscularity and just plain damn big) Dorian NEVER did. Dorian trained at my gym a few weeks ago and he's far(more than 8 months LMAO) from being ready to step onstage with Big Ron Coleman. If you want to talk about GH guts Dorian's your man ...............He's a nice guy and was a great champion but the Olympia torch has been passed to Ronnie Coleman. Nuff said!! | ||

No way Ronnie weighed in at 257, he was pushing 300 on Leno, and still had some of his cuts. When he was 240-250 with a moderate, not too high-not extremely low, BF%- I'll bet that guy was one hell of an "all-around athlete". One thing I thought about last night, It's become fairly mandatory in most PD's around the country to retest officers more frequently on their fitness. They must waive this requirement for Ronnie, because there is no way he could requalify under most PD standards today. |
