just wondering how long you fellas stay on and then how long to you take off...ive only done a bridge once and it went like this 10 weeks sos at 750 then 8 weeks bridge with deca at 200 (probably shouldnt have done that)and then 6 weeks of enanthate at 800 through out all of this i only put on 15 pounds ,i was on gear for nearly 6 months    | ||

no longer than 10 weeks for a test 12 weeks for a anabolic those running together of course  | ||
