I went to my high school re-union, 20 years,yep I am an old prick, so anyway, am up by the bar with my wife. A very attractive woman keeps looking at me and she finally walks up ans and asks if I remember her. No,I tell her, you I would remember. Says her name is Denise but... git this!! she used to be DENNIS!! oh yeah, weird city. TElls me her last name, after the shock I remember her,him, whatever. So I ask about the operation.. the estrogen and stuff she/he took(kinda like gear but in reverse I guess lol). So I ask what was the worst part about the going from a man to a woman. Had to be losing the family jewels,right? Nope,mostly psycological he/she says. How about getting breast implants? nope,wrong again.(If I had a set of knockers like he/she I'd never leave home...but I digress...haha) Now get this.. she said the worst part about going from a man to a woman was when they stuck that big needle in her head and sucked out half his brain!!
