I have been told insulin is an effective anti-catabolic at the end of a steroid cycle. Is this true? If so I plan to take it for two weeks. I have no experience with insulin. How do I use it? What would be a conservative dose? When should I take it? Do I need to have eaten?, etc, etc. If anyone could help me that would be much appreciated. I have absolutely NO experience with using it. there are propably ten zillion threads about insuline. try search function. i'm sure you'll find plenty of info. just be careful with the stuff! |
