I'm on 450mg of cypionate and 300mg of Norma Deca a week, eating and training, when should I start to see wait gain and strength gains?    | ||

did you hit the cyp and deca hard the first week? if not you will feel the difference in weeks 3-5  | ||

You should be seing weight gains and strenth gains pretty fast with the cyp. and deca mix.... I would up my deca to 400 mg a week. The cyp will also makes ya hold water and say good bye to the twins for a while... I would have some nolvadex ready.... How much do you weigh and height how long ya been lifting and is this your first cycle??? | ||

First cycle(with test), and I'm 6'2", 210. Did not hit the steroids high for the first week. |
