I'm about to start a deca only cycle in a few days. I know I have to up my protien but i'm unsure on the calories. My bf% is at 7% and i'm not afraid to put on some fat since winter is about to start. I'm just confused on what works better with deca a high protien and low cal. diet or keep both protien and cal. high. ---Peace--- Mad Max     | ||

High calories. Good protein and carbs. 20 calories per pound of body weight. |
