If you had to choose the single most effective exercise or principle/theory for increasing muscle mass, not necessarily strength, what would it be? Mine's the drop-set. I can work the muscle to exhaustion, get a wicked pump, and reduce the risk for injury and the chance of overtraining. So, what works for you? ![]() |
